Weekly Intense Program
(with accommodation & full-board)
- Age range: 7–20 years
- 3 hours of tennis, 1 hour of fitness per day
- Players-to-coach-ratio: 2–3 players per coach
- Languages: English, German and Czech
Tennis training
A daily training process is created for players, which is assembled by a team of academy coaches. Each player is also assigned a coach.
The program includes (daily):
- 90 minutes of training with a trainer (solo or in pairs)
- 90 minutes training in pairs or threes or sparring
- 1 hour of fitness in the fully equipped fitness area
- Free access to the sauna
The coaching team can also help set up a tournament program and provide escorts for tournaments.
Accommodation
This tennis course comes with accommodation and full-board in the residence on-site of the academy.
Location
The academy is located in Říčany in the outskirts of Prague, 30 minutes drive from the city centre and 45 minutes from the airport.

- Physiotherapy: 40 EUR/hour

Typical training day
Each day includes a minimum of 3 hours of tennis including:
- 1.5 hour practice with coach (maximum 2 players)
- 1.5 hours of practice match, match variants, doubles practice
- 1 hour of fitness
