Data processing within the purposes listed above is based on:

  • Performance of contract – booking of tennis programs in tennis academies (non-binding) and forwarding the contact information to the partnering tennis academies – JC Ferrero Equelite Sport Academy, HDN Academy, Love4Tennis – Dominika Cibulkova Academy, Walter Grünfeld Tennis Academy and others as the case may be
  • Sending of newsletters – news and promotions from tennis-academies.com and its partnering tennis academies

If any processing is based on your consent, such consent is always voluntary and free and we will not force you to grant it to us in any way. We carry out processing manually and automatically using various applications and software, especially those that help us in our activities and without which we would not be able to do it.

Automated individual decision making and profiling

Automated individual decision-making is data processing without direct human intervention that has significant consequences for you (eg failure to conclude a contract). Therefore only automatic means (applications, software, algorithms, etc.) are used. Profiling means automated processing of data to assess certain personal aspects of a person (work performance, economic situation, health, behavior, preference or tracking).

How can we disclose your data?

We can disclose personal data to the following recipients:

  • Partnering tennis academies – JC Ferrero Equelite Sport Academy, HDN Academy, Love4Tennis – Dominika Cibulkova Academy, Walter Grünfeld Tennis Academy
  • Providers of analytics tools – Google Analytics
  • Providers of standard office and communication software

If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. The same would apply if we were forced to make such changes in accordance with the law.

  • For the period necessary for the performance of a contract, i.e. to intermediate the participation in a selected tennis program
  • For the purpose of protecting of our rights or defend against possible claims (for the duration of the statutes of limitation)
  • For as long as we are required by law (e.g. for accounting purposes)

What are your rights?

You have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data, to get your inaccurate data rectified, to get your data erased especially in case of unlawful processing or when the purpose of processing ceased to exist, you have the right to restrict the processing, the right to object to the processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing, the right of access to data (copy of data), right to data portability and right to file a complaint with supervisory authority (find your supervisory authority here: https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/board/members_en).
