A private, low-pressure way to explore the fit
Step 1: Share the essentials
Complete one focused initial form covering the player's school situation, tennis schedule and priorities.
Step 2: Complete private prequalification
tennis-academies.com follows up privately to review recent academic performance, English proficiency, online-learning needs, baseline eligibility and readiness for USPA's current tuition range.
Step 3: USPA assesses an anonymized profile
Only prospects that plausibly meet the agreed baseline criteria are sent to USPA without surname, email or phone. USPA may indicate Potential Fit, request more information or decline.
Step 4: Approve the introduction
If USPA confirms a Potential Fit, tennis-academies.com asks for your explicit consent before releasing any identity or contact details.
Step 5: Continue with formal admissions
USPA then conducts its formal admissions process directly. Prequalification and Potential Fit do not guarantee admission or enrollment.
Privacy-by-design
Your initial form and private contact data stay with tennis-academies.com. Only after we complete the structured prequalification may USPA receive an anonymized prospect profile. Your surname, email and phone are released only if USPA confirms a Potential Fit and you separately consent to a direct introduction.
Questions parents ask first
USPA provides a Cognia-accredited U.S. curriculum, official transcripts and a USPA diploma. Recognition requirements can vary by country, school and university, so families should confirm the rules that apply to their intended pathway. USPA can provide the relevant accreditation and transcript information during the fit review.
Workload depends on grade, selected courses, pacing and the student's academic plan. A Learning Coach helps build a realistic schedule around training and keeps the student on track.
tennis-academies.com will share USPA's approved current tuition range and core eligibility criteria during the private prequalification. We will confirm that the range appears financially feasible for your family before any anonymized prospect profile is sent to USPA.
Yes. The program is primarily asynchronous, allowing students to access coursework across locations and time zones. Live teacher support and meetings can be planned as needed.
USPA offers rolling admissions. The most suitable start date and course plan are confirmed individually after the student's current school position and goals are reviewed.
Flexible pacing is designed to accommodate training, competition and travel. Changes should be planned with the Learning Coach so academic progress remains realistic and visible.
USPA offers selected NCAA-approved courses, college guidance and dual-enrollment opportunities with Arizona State University for eligible students. Individual eligibility depends on the student's course plan and should be verified directly with USPA.
Parents receive visibility into pacing and academic progress and can communicate with the student's Learning Coach to help the student remain on track.
